5 out of 5 starsFirst I want to start by thanking Sheena for all of her hard work! She is AMAZING!!!! When I got engaged i knew one thing only -that my wedding dress was the most important !!! And I knew that what I wanted and had dreamed of was not going to be waiting for me at a bridal boutique, I wanted a non traditional, black & ivory, vintage inspired, one of a kind, unique wedding dress. So I went on etsy and started typing in key words, Sheena was the first person I contacted and I fell in love right away. I told her exactly what I wanted and she turned what I had in y head into reality! Thanks sooooo much Sheena! She's wonderful, will work with you, talented, easy to talk to, replies and works with her clients. I cannot stress enough how much everyone complimented and fell in love w my dress! 5 out of 5 starsI simply adore my wedding dress! The quality and detail is exquisite. I went to Sheena with a vision and showed her a few pictures of the vintage look I was going for. She sketched a few designs for me to choose from. I was so impressed her attention to details. Aside from her talent in fashion design, her sweet and humble demeanor won me over. She is extremely pleasant, creative and trustworthy. The whole dress experience was totally worth every penny. I now have a gown unique to me that was made with lots of care and attention. I received so many compliments from friends, families and strangers. Sheena is incredible with her style. I also requested a bolero and sevillana veil. They complemented each other so well. I literally had a 1920's style wedding with a bit of a modern twist to make it asa unique as the bride!!!

Each dress item is available in UK standard sizing. We also offer a made to measure service for every dress item at an additional fee for a more tailored, fitted look and feel. Please keep in mind it is always easier to "take in" a dress than to "let it out".

PAYMENT:
We do accept payment instalments (3 instalments at the max).
Before we start any type of production we will need an initial security deposit (1st Initial instalment) of at-least %60 of total, this also serves as your security deposit. Since everything is made to order we want to make sure an order is followed through. If for some reason you are unable to proceed with your order and will have to "cancel" order after 24 hours we unfortunately will not be able to refund security deposit. We do NOT ship any orders until we receive final balance payment. We have a 72 hour Order Sitting policy of receiving final payment after we have notified that your order is finish, if we do not hear from you unfortunately we will have to put items on hold which can lead to re-listing. Thank you kindly for understanding our sitting policy.
TIME FRAME: We need between 6-8 weeks to have your dress in production and 2 weeks at the most for shipping, especially if it is international. We recommend 1 month for you to do any local alterations, if needed before your wedding date. If we happen to be overflown with orders, we will notify any longer time frames or lead time as to when it happens.
RUSH SERVICE: If absolutely needed, we do offer a rush service for an additonal fee. Depending on how soon you need it, the dress design, pattern and wether it is a made to measure service or a sized dress the additional fee can range from (£200-£500).

Additional policies and FAQs
Fully custom designed enquiries are welcome! This service does take longer than the designs from our collection. We need 18-24weeks for production for all custom orders.
The custom design includes a design and sketching service consultation based off of your vision (selection from sketches of possible designs. Atleast 3 designs to choose from or more but all within reason) pattern made to your measurements, & a couture tailor fit finished dress. We also do bridal accessories such as veils and head adornments.
Prices for custom designed gowns start around £1200GBP or $1800 USD.
FOR IN HOUSE SHOWROOM ALTERATIONS-
For In-house Showroom Brides locally, we will pin, finish hemline and perform 2hours worth of alterations for Free for all made to measure and made to order services.Additional changes or alterations needed will be charged separately at a rate of £20 per hour or $30 per hour. We have a strict Alteration Timeline Policy where we can not do any alterations and/or final adjustments if your wedding date is less than 2 weeks away. In order to make sure all your final changes are done on time it is advise to have your dress alteration done 6-4 weeks to your wedding day, and 4-3 weeks for any final adjustments (if needed).
ONLINE CUSTOMER ALTERATIONS-For our online based clients, we can not provide and alteration services as we recommend doing final alterations (if needed) to be done in person by a professional tailor locally. It is my advise to leave a minimum of 4-3 weeks before your wedding date to do any final local alterations and make any final adjustments. Please keep this in mind while ordering your dress online.
